为切实保障全体国际学生暑期人身、财产安全，规范假期行为，筑牢安全防线，现将暑假时间安排、安全须知、纪律要求及应急联系方式统一通知如下，请全体国际学生认真阅读、严格遵守。

To effectively protect the personal and property safety of all international students during the summer vacation, standardize holiday behaviors and strengthen safety awareness, the university has conducted the 2026 summer pre-departure safety education. The summer vacation schedule, safety guidelines, disciplinary requirements and emergency contacts are hereby notified as follows. All international students shall read carefully and comply strictly.

一、放假及新学期安排Vacation & New Semester Arrangement

暑假时间：2026年7月11日（周六）—9月7日（周一）

Summer Vacation Period: July 11 (Saturday) – September 7 (Monday), 2026

老生报到时间：2026年9月8日（周二）

Return Registration Date for Continuing Students: September 8 (Tuesday), 2026

老生上课时间：2026年9月9日（周三）正式开课

New Semester Commencement Date: September 9 (Wednesday), 2026

二、暑期安全须知Summer Safety Guidelines

1.严格执行请假离校制度Complete Leave Application Procedures Strictly

假期如需外出、离校，须提前向学院老师报备出行去向、停留时长及返程时间，同步提交机票、行程单等相关出行凭证，通过学校官方系统完成请假申请，获批后方可离校。假期全程保持手机、微信等通讯设备畅通，及时关注学校、学院发布的各类通知，做到及时查收、及时回应。

If you need to leave the campus during the vacation, you shall inform your college teachers in advance of your destination, stay duration and return time, submit travel documents such as flight tickets, and complete the leave application via the official university system. You may leave the campus only after the application is approved. Please keep your mobile phone, WeChat and other communication devices accessible at all times, and check and respond to all university and college notifications timely.

2.遵守宿舍管理规定Comply with Dormitory Management Regulations

住校学生须每日22:00前返回宿舍，按时完成公寓人脸识别签到。宿舍内严禁使用大功率违规电器、明火器具，严禁吸烟、酗酒、聚众滋事等违规行为，杜绝火灾安全隐患。自觉保持宿舍环境卫生与消防安全，主动配合宿管人员日常检查。如有特殊情况无法按时归寝或留宿校外，须提前向宿管人员及学院老师报备审批。

On-campus students must return to the dormitory before 22:00 every day and complete face recognition check-in at the apartment building. It is strictly prohibited to use high-power illegal electrical appliances and open flames in the dormitory, as well as smoking, drinking alcohol and other irregular behaviors to eliminate fire hazards. Please maintain a clean dormitory environment and fire safety, and actively cooperate with dormitory management inspections. For special circumstances that prevent on-time return or require off-campus accommodation, prior approval from dormitory managers and college teachers is mandatory.

3.严守交通出行法规Abide by Traffic Laws and Regulations

严禁驾驶无牌无证、私自改装的非机动车及大功率摩托车，杜绝超速、超载、飙车等危险驾驶行为。严格遵守交通信号灯规则，不闯红灯、不逆向行驶，主动礼让行人。严禁酒后驾车，不乘坐无证人员驾驶的非法营运车辆，保障出行交通安全。

It is forbidden to drive unlicensed, privately modified non-motor vehicles and high-power motorcycles. Dangerous driving behaviors such as speeding, overloading and street racing are strictly prohibited. Please strictly follow traffic signal rules, avoid running red lights and reverse driving, and yield to pedestrians actively. Drunk driving is strictly forbidden, and do not take vehicles operated by unlicensed drivers to ensure travel safety.

4.恪守中国法律法规Abide by Chinese Laws and Regulations

严格遵守中国出入境及劳动相关法律法规，未取得合法工作许可及工作类居留证件，不得在中国境内务工，杜绝非法就业行为。定期自查签证、居留许可有效期，及时办理续签手续，坚决避免非法居留。严禁参与任何涉毒行为，吸毒、贩毒、运毒、藏毒等所有涉毒行为均属于严重违法行为，将依法追责。

All students must strictly abide by Chinese entry-exit and labor laws and regulations. It is illegal to work in China without valid work permits and work-type residence certificates. Please check the validity period of your visa and residence permit regularly and complete renewal procedures in a timely manner to avoid illegal residence. Any drug-related behaviors including drug use, trafficking, transportation and possession are serious illegal acts and will be held legally responsible.

5.防范各类电信网络诈骗Guard Against All Kinds of Fraud

提高反诈安全意识，警惕陌生短信、电话、网络链接，切勿随意点击未知链接、下载不明软件。严禁向他人泄露个人护照号、银行卡号、验证码、住址等核心隐私信息，不参与陌生转账、刷单、投资理财等活动，杜绝各类诈骗风险。

Enhance anti-fraud awareness and be vigilant against unfamiliar text messages, calls and network links. Do not click unknown links or download unconfirmed software randomly. Never disclose personal sensitive information such as passport number, bank card number, verification code and residential address to others, and refuse unfamiliar transfer, brushing order and investment and financial management activities to avoid fraud risks.

6. 严防溺水事故发生Prevent Drowning Accidents

夏季气温较高，溺水事故高发。严禁私自前往河道、池塘、水库、水渠等无安全保障、禁止游泳的水域戏水、游泳，严禁酒后下水游泳，杜绝一切私自涉水危险行为，守护自身生命安全。

Drowning accidents occur frequently in hot summer weather. It is strictly prohibited to swim or play in unguarded and forbidden waters such as rivers, ponds, reservoirs and canals. Swimming after drinking is also forbidden. All unauthorized dangerous water-related behaviors must be avoided to protect personal life safety.

7. 关注心理健康状态Pay Attention to Mental Health

假期期间保持规律作息、健康的生活方式，及时调节情绪、缓解压力。若出现情绪低落、心理焦虑等问题，及时联系学校老师寻求帮助，积极疏导心理状态，保持身心健康。

Maintain a regular schedule and healthy lifestyle during the vacation. Adjust your mood and relieve pressure in a timely manner. Please contact university teachers for help actively if you encounter emotional depression, anxiety and other psychological problems to keep physical and mental health.

8. 违纪处理规定 | Disciplinary Penalties for Violations

全体国际学生须严格自律，自觉遵守以上所有规定及学校各项规章制度。若存在违规违纪行为，学校将依据《宁波工程学院来华留学生违纪处分办法》及相关管理规定严肃处理。情节轻微者予以警告、严重警告处分；情节较重者给予记过处分；情节严重、造成不良影响或安全事故者，将直接开除学籍。请全体学生珍惜在校学习机会，严守纪律底线。

All international students must be self-disciplined and strictly abide by the above regulations and all university rules. Any violation of disciplines will be severely dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Disciplinary Penalties for International Students of Ningbo University of Technology. Minor violations will result in warning or serious warning; moderate violations will lead to demerit recording; serious violations that cause adverse impacts or safety accidents will result in school expulsion. All students are expected to cherish their study opportunities and abide by disciplinary rules.
